Office Clerk (Farm/Feedlot) – Part Time
This role supports daily administrative and operational functions within a farm/feedlot setting. Responsible for financial data entry, record keeping, customer and supplier communication, and assisting with grain testing and scale operations. This role offers the opportunity to grow into increased hours and responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform data entry into accounting and farm systems
- Answer phones and provide general administrative support
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Keep the office clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Assist with grain sample testing
- Support truckers with scale weighing and ticketing
Qualifications:
- Office or bookkeeping experience required
- Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Excel and other Office products
- Strong work ethic, detail focused with the ability to stay organized and efficient
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment

Cattle Truck Driver (Class 1) – Full Time
This position involves hauling cattle locally and within the province between farms, feedlots, auction marts and processing facilities. This is a full-time role suited to someone who is comfortable with a mix of day trips and extended hauls in a hands-on agricultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport cattle in compliance with all regulations and animal welfare standards
- Load and unload livestock in a calm, low-stress manner
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete required logs, scale tickets, and paperwork
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of truck and trailer
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Cattle hauling experience preferred
- Strong understanding of safe livestock handling practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight trips
- Dependable, safety focused, and able to work independently
Position Details:
- Mix of local, regional, and extended trips within the province
- Full-time hours with seasonal variability
- Commission pay based on percentage of gross truck revenue
